As a result of new legislation regarding food allergens the following is a list of all the newer food allergens that you should be aware of when purchasing food.

Beware of the following allergens:

1. Eggs

2. Milk

3. Crustaceans

4. Molluscs

5. Fish

6. Soybeans

7. Sesame Seeds

8. Celery

9. Sulphur Dioxide and sulphites at concentrations of more than 10mg/kg or 10mg/kg expressed at 502

10. Nuts ie: almond, hazelnut, walnut, cashew, pecan nut, brazil nut, pistachio nut

11. Cereals containing gluten and products thereof

12. Peanuts Macadamia nut and Queensland nut

13. Mustard

14. Lupin

If you have an allergy to any of the above foods or any other food not on the list
please inform a member of our staff and they will relay your request to the chef on duty.
